Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing AetherDrop. We provide digital software and peer-to-peer utility services. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, we have a strict refund policy to prevent software piracy and friendly fraud. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing AetherDrop Pro or Founder's Edition.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to AetherDrop Pro/Team features until your current billing period expires.
- How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, please use the billing portal provided in your account dashboard or email us at support@aetherdrop.net. As our payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, you can also manage your subscription through your billing account.
2. Refund Policy
Since AetherDrop provides downloadable digital utility services and bandwidth, our refund policy is strictly defined as follows:
- 7-Day Technical Money-Back Guarantee: We want you to be 100% satisfied. If the software fundamentally fails to perform its core function (P2P file transfer) on your specific network environment, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase.
- Troubleshooting Requirement: Before a refund is issued for technical failure, you must allow our support team to attempt to resolve the issue. We cannot issue refunds for "change of mind" or "lack of use" once the digital license has been activated.
- Renewals: We do not offer refunds for automatic subscription renewals. Our Merchant of Record sends a reminder email before each renewal; it is the user's responsibility to cancel before the billing date.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@aetherdrop.net within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- Your order/transaction ID.
- A brief description of the technical issue you are facing.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is received and approved, it will be initiated immediately on our end. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original method of payment (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI).
